The condo development has its own private beach on Lake Huron that includes 363 feet of gorgeous beach and guests have full access to this private beach! Includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 smart televisions (one in bedroom), kitchenette, dining area, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Pet friendly as well with both dogs and cats allowed! The Loft at Little Island Lake Resort is located on the shores of Little Island Lake. It sleeps up to 5 people, with two full size beds and a twin sleeper sofa. There is also a small patio, which includes a bistro set and a view of the entire property. It also features a fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, griddle, and microwave. All guests have use of kayaks, standup paddle boards, a 4-seater paddle boat, and fishing gear. Life vests are provided and required.

In addition, there are two walkways to the beach and bench swings to enjoy right on the lake. One bedroom with a king size bed. Living room has a queen size sofa bed.
