Unser Apartment ist mit Altholz, Stein, und hochwertigen Materialen im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Die meisten Möbel sind schöne Einzelstücke. Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für 1-2 Gäste buchbar (Babybett bzw. Zusatzbett möglich) und verfügt über eine geräumige große und komplett eingerichtete Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Wir leben in Deutschland, in der Touristenregion Berchtesgadener Land, am Rand der Berchtesgadener und Salzburger Alpen in der Gemeinde Ainring. Ein Kfz wäre von Vorteil. Kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ortskern. Busbahnhof, Langlaufloipen, Naturschwimmbad, das Moor, Metzger, Bäcker und Eisdiele sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Wohnhauses, hat ca. 38qm und ist für 2 Personen geeignet.
