Only 30 minutes from Glasgow and seconds from the ferry to Dunoon & Argyll highlands, you can spot seals & porpoises while you watch the sun set. We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

"Oor Den" is a unique space in that you have a living room with smart tv which includes Netflix for guests. There are no ordinary tv channels. The living room has a double corner sofa bed for an additional 2 adults. You have your own bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a double bed for 2 adults and again with a smart tv. It is a fully contained space with self check. There is no kitchen with this accommodation. A microwave, fridge freezer, cutlery and dishes are supplied. See pictures.

This is an immaculate self contained studio attached to the main house, with a walk in wet room and a jacuzzi bath. There is a kitchenette area which consists of a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge and microwave. It is fully equipped but there is no cooker, however there are lots of good restaurants in the nearby town. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Fort William town centre and has a panoramic view of Ben Nevis.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
