Haus am See

Das 200 Jahre alte Bauernhaus liegt neben Wasserfall, Wald und See in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus wurde nur sanft renoviert. Vieles ist noch im Originalzustand wie die historische Stube mit Nussbaumbüffet, altem Parkett und Kachelofen. Geheizt wird mit Zentralheizung. Alle Zimmer sind holzgetäfert. Die Böden können bei Betreten knarren - gehört halt zum alten Holzhaus. Hier findet man Ruhe und ist trotzdem nahe von tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Familien und Gruppen fühlen sich hier wohl.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Es ist ein kleineres Reihenhaus (77m2), oberhalb von Weggis und lädt ein zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Für uns ist es eine Ruhe-Oase mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und das Bergpanorama. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was du für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub brauchst:

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
