Rest Relax & Recuperate on Railway and Car Space

Your apartment is located in a private, secure complex. There are two separate units available in the courtyard - perfect for larger groups or families wanting separate units right next to each other. Please check my profile for my other apartment listing called "New Executive Apartment Near Perth CBD + Parking". The space is perfect for country guests wanting to stay both short or long term. Close to the football, shopping, Burswood and centrally located for city weddings. The apartment has been carefully designed to make your stay stress free and relaxing. Situated within a small group of townhouses, your apartment is peacefully quiet, with a large fenced garden area and barbeque. While you will appreciate the large, well-appointed open plan kitchen, you'll also find easy access to cafes and restaurants located on Railway Parade and nearby Eighth Avenue. Living Room: • HD Smart TV & Netflix • Hi speed wireless Wifi (NBN) • Tastefully & comfortably furnished • A large premium sofa bed with all linen provided (bed can be made for you in advance, please let me know) • Easy step-free access throughout the house and to the garden . Electric Fully reclining and “lift to stand” comfy leather lounge chair. Kitchen: • All benchtops and appliances are at a wheelchair accessible height • Dishwasher • Fridge/Freezer • Microwave • Full size Oven/grill with Gas stovetop • Nespresso machine (with pods) • Crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, bowls etc. • Condiments and spices • Wok and Rice Cooker Bedroom: •. Ceiling fan with light and remote control Ensuite Bathroom: • Roll-in shower with handheld shower head and shower chair • Wide clearance to shower and accessible height toilet • Towels included • Hair dryer Laundry: • Washing machine and dryer • Full clothes line, detergent, softener and pegs supplied • Iron and ironing board Parking / Entry: • Wheelchair accessible parking spot directly outside the front door • Step-free, wide, well lit entrance with keyless entry The apartment is offered in its entirety which includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, laundry and secure courtyard garden. The apartment is located within a secure group of apartments. Access to both the parking and the front door is via an electronic lock so you can check-in any time that suits you after 2pm. Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide detailed check-in instructions that are easy to follow. I am available 24/7 to help if needed! My daughter lives in the front house in emergency. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me. However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area. The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless. You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.

Breathe in the ocean air, enjoy the garden terrace and barbecue or walk out your front door and enjoy iconic City Beach, local cafes and restaurants, parks and the beachfront boardwalk. An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

Light bright tiled living/kitchen area, queen bedroom, huge BIR. Fully equipped laundry & bathroom. Air-conditioned. Easy free on-street parking, no time limit. 10 mins walk to Cafe strips of Leederville or Subiaco. Less than to 1km Main Freeways. 3 train lines 15 min walk Fremantle (Rottnest), Airport (High Wycombe), Joondalup. “Granny flat” has own entry, isolated from main house for total privacy. Shared wall (like apartment living). Beautiful view over a lake, famous black swans & wildlife.

Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

Absolute Beachfront @ Scarborough Beach.

Absolute beachfront without the hefty price tag. We offer a million-dollar view on the Indian Ocean foreshore in the new Scarborough Beach Precinct, home to local bars and restaurants. We also have direct access to the beach from our apartment. The apartment has had a makeover with brand new flooring and furniture that gives it a modern home feel. We provide you with all mod-cons including many streaming platforms, wi-fi, and other clean, domestic appliances. Enjoy the amazing sunsets.

Private Garden Studio with free Netflix and wifi

A spotlessly clean, private & self contained Garden Studio, with pergola & private access. Minutes from the Karrinyup Shopping centre cinema’s, bars and eateries, Scarborough and Trigg beaches 3 min by car, easy walking distance to great cafes and bars. Our Studio has reverse cycle air con, kitchenette, outdoor cooking, free NETFLIX, and wifi. Centrally situated between the beach and city on the bus route to the train station. We have a friendly dog as well.

By the beach - Unit Flora - private courtyard

After a relaxing beach location? You will love your stay in our very private unit. It has a large bedroom, kitchen/lounge and courtyard. Situated 100 metres from a beautiful swimming beach with great snorkelling. There is a good cycle path along the coast and the unit is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Parking is available and it is easy to access public transport from the unit.
