Both houses are in our backyard in the town of Yoder, the center of quaint charm.

Also within a short distance to the Kansas State Fairgrounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guest of all backgrounds. Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
