Whether it's family fun, or peace and relaxation you desire, this is quiet seclusion, only 3 miles to town, 10 miles to ATV trails. Large game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and basketball game. Another room that was a garage is now a theater room with a pool table and plenty of seating. The projector there displays a huge ultra high definition display screen and sounds great 4 bedrooms, plus pullout couch in theater room. 2 acres with fire pit, picnic tables, lots of parking.

The Cottage at Acorn

We are ready for Christmas! The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.

NEW OUACHITA RIVER CABIN DIRECTLY ON THE WATER!!!!

We do accept 1 small dog with a fee. Cabin is located just steps away from the Ouachita River. It has an awesome view of the river and is peaceful and quiet. You won't find a nicer cabin in this area. It has a big deck where you can sit and relax. It has a gas grill, Alexa command outdoor audio, and a swing set for the kids. It also has beautiful rock walkway leading down to the river with a lounging area and a charcoal grill and prepping table. You can swim or fish in front of the cabin.
