Kim was great from beginning to end. Very understanding and sympathetic to my situation showed a lot of empathy for me and my family. The house was very nice and very clean also a great area. I truly appreciate Kim’s hospitality. My family felt great and thought it was the best idea to get an Airbnb for us to sit reminisce on family. Thank you again, Kim! This is my first time renting an Airbnb and it will not be my last. This has been an awesome experience. I had reservations at first, but you made it really easy for me. Truly appreciate you. TP

Walk to Lucas Oil+Free Parking+Skywalk Access

Loved staying here. As soon as you walk out of the building, Boom, there’s the monument. We enjoyed the nightlife without having to drive and our vehicle was stored safely in the provided parking garage. The location was PERFECT. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was functional, the living room was welcoming and don’t even get me started on the water pressure and the quality of the water. There was a pool table on the 5th floor and access to the skybridge. (Which was beautiful) I definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely return to stay again the next time we want to enjoy downtown Indianapolis! Thank you for hosting us LuxieStays!

Modern 3 BR home w/ hot tub, movie room, dog park

We had a good experience here. Although there was a slight issue with one television, the owner was immediately responsive to our questions (which says a lot since we reached out late at night on Christmas eve.) Home was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. Fireplace is a nice touch and the movie room is a neat space. Agree with other reviews, shower hot water is a little tepid (although sink hot water was plenty hot) but it was warm enough for family of four to all shower—if we spaced them out. We took quick showers. Appreciated a functional garage large enough to park a vehicle. Saw some comments about the location of the home. I have lived in Indy and am familiar with the city. Area south of home does get a little rough toward I70, but the area just north is fine. Immediate neighborhood has well-kept homes and decent apartments; we never felt unsafe. It has central enough location to be a short drive to lots of Indy attractions. Overall, a nice place.

Great place and near most everything downtown. Using the skybridges often meant more walking then just going outside, so I would recommend that. Build in some time to check in / park, it takes a minute but the instructions are great and the pictures help a lot

Katelyn’s place was absolutely gorgeous! We had to leave out of our last airbnb due to an ant infestation last minute and thankfully Katelyn was able to let us use her home to stay in. The home was beautiful and perfectly clean. Entry was super easy. I have zero complaints with this home. 100% recommend this place!

Anh’s place was perfect for a brief stint in Indianapolis. The place was spotless, and everything was as promised. Ample supplies such as soap, coffee, shampoo, laundry soap, etc were all available. On top of all this, the location is great! Thanks for the great stay!

Nikki was very responsive and communicated everything to us as we approached Blue Rosa. She responded quickly when we had questions and even sent her manager to the house to check out our problem. The hot tub had to be serviced before we could use it; she offered a small refund for the inconvenience. Before checkout, she messaged to remind us what we needed to do. She is 100% on top of things. It was nice that she responded quickly whenever I had a question; I never had to worry about something going wrong or us doing something wrong. She also kept a book by the front door with the rules and information about what to expect.

The place was great. Scott is a solid communicator and there was enough yard space for lawn games and room indoors for activities. We loved the air hockey / ping pong table and the theater room. The one down side, is that we saw extra blankets and pillows listed on the amenities, but could not find enough blankets in the house for all the various pull out mattresses and cots, so some people just had sheets or the throw blankets from the basement. There’s a chance they were there somewhere and we just didn’t see them

This was the perfect place for our family weekend get away. We loved the movie theater and pool table/dart board area. Do be careful on the stairs leading down to that room though! Harpreet answered quickly any time I had a question and made sure we felt comfortable from check in to departure.

We thought it was a fun stay and the history of the building added to the experience. Note: there are short stair landings within the apartment. Those with mobility issues should inquire further. Again. We had a blast and relished the adventure if it.

The first-timer to the AirBnB world wasn't sure what to expect. In town for a conference with some co-workers and her place was in the perfect location for attendance. Great experience, place/location/amenities as expected! Smooth process! While included parking was a huge benefit, the only recommendation is to provide a description/picture of the entry for the correct parking garage location as this was the only hiccup we had initially but found our way. Would recommend a stay here!

A unique EDU above a garage that isn’t used. I stayed here for a week and everything that was listed was there, and I never had any issues arise either. It’s a quiet neighborhood but right on the same block as a family dollars and 2 great barbecue joints. The kitchen is equipped well with cook ware. Honestly everything was good here and for the price I think I would give 5 stars

Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. And even with some problems from his previous guests he didn't try to hold that over like some people would. Very honest and upfront and willing to work with you as a customer. Very nice place in an area you might think would be rough when you come up on it but no, very peaceful place and no issues.
