Gabriela's home was the perfect home base for our trip to Sebastian/Vero. It's very clean and has great outdoor space! Our kids loved the game room and the selection of boogie boards, beach toys & towels. We also loved the two distinct living rooms (kids could hang in one, adults in the other) and tons of extra blankets in closets. It's a quick 5 min drive to get Groceries and just a bit further to the beach. We had a minor issue with the pool heater and Gabriela was super responsive and quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

We need a last min. Place for Thanksgiving and this house was above and beyond what we thought from the pool to the patio to the house and duck pond just amazing

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. This experience was great! I would highly recommend staying here. The house was amazing and just as it is listed. Extremely clean and tons of space. Not a single complaint. We had an incredible stay at Chase and Laura’s wonderful home. It has a lovely backyard, pool, putting green, and the house sits just minutes away from the beach and the best restaurants in Vero Beach. Their place was clean and beautifully decorated, we can’t wait to stay here again. Tuvimos una estancia increíble en la maravillosa casa de Chase y Laura. Very nice stay - apartment was clean and spacious. It was just a short walk to the beach and was a beautiful beach Julie was extremely responsive and did all she could to accommodate our plans as best she could. Would definitley stay here again.

This immaculate, cheerful vacation home was ideal for our family vacation. The parents were able to escape to our private cabana and our teenagers had the main house to themselves. The pool was clean, warm and exactly as described, and the pool area was a mini oasis with bar, TV, lots of beach and pool furniture and toys, and no annoying insects thanks to the screen enclosure. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use, and we very much appreciated the extra toiletries that were available. The garage area with the new washer and dryer was sparkling clean and full of beach chairs and toys, a beach umbrella, and everything needed for a great day at the beach. Although our children are older now, I was also impressed by all the baby supplies (diapers, wipes, etc) left for guests, a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying in Amy's home. It was spacious, layed out well, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The electronic door lock was very convenient. We lacked nothing! The inground pool was refreshing during the hot weather. It was good to be able to wash some clothes prior to leaving. Amy had a copy of laminated notes/instructions/important numbers on the kitchen table. Amy promptly returned text messages. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amy!

beautiful house inside, and very well kept! lots of amenities too. the spaciousness is great for families and accessible features were greatly aappreciated! pool was lovely and lanai area was wonderful! I would recommend to older families who want to lay low and families w kids who will love the pool!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was amazing! Eddie was very responsive to our needs. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be contacting Eddie on our next trip!

Aggie was the best host! Communication with her was a breeze. Aggie went above & beyond in her helpfulness. She seems to genuinely care about making guests comfortable & happy with their stays. Kitchen was very well-stocked.....more than most. Couch & master bed were comfortable. Since there was no ceiling fan in master bedroom, Aggie provided a table fan, which was wonderful. The cottage was very peaceful/serene. The trees & plants were beautiful. My kitty loved looking out the windows! I live locally, but my husband & I & our feline girl needed someplace to stay while very noisy work was being done on my house. I'd gladly book a stay at any of Aggie's properties, if I or any of my family or friends needed a place in the future. Thanks so much for everything, Aggie! You're a gem of a host -- and a person!!

Really enjoyed this location was quite an awesome location loved opening the house up because the breeze would be like laying on the beach. Family had plenty of space to lay out and I liked the difference in the beds because one Family member needed a firm mattress and another needed a foam or soft bedding. If your looking for a quite and relaxing place this should fill your expectations

This place is a real gem, we had a lovely time, hanging out by the pool during the day and having dinners outside in the evening. Situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes drive to the beach. We hope to be able to return one day soon!

The house had a nice layout and felt spacious. We enjoyed the lanai because of the privacy and comfortable furniture. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. The house is located 15 to 20 minutes from several beaches. One thing to note: the mattresses are all quite firm - which some people will prefer. Thank you for a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable, pretty, nicely decorated and in a great location. Everything was nicely arranged. The back yard was pretty and had lots of space for a pup to play in. Robert was so helpful!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. 10 mins from the beach and supermarket just up the road. We loved the covered pool. It was warm enough for us and is very private. Great amenities in the kitchen and the beach chairs and pool floats were an added bonus. Super helpful hosts and we loved our welcome gift. Highly recommend it. South beach is really nice but check out round island beach and try and spot manatees in the park behind.
