Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Our home is within a few minutes drive from Meridian Village, Boise Towne Square Mall, and I-84. Airport is 15minutes away.Please let me know if you are bringing pets

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
