El lugar es hermoso tal y como se ve en las fotos, el personal increíble muy amable y siempre pendientes de cada detalle. Es un poco alejado y la ubicación a la que te dirige la app no es precisa pero en la vía todo el mundo conoce el lugar

Toute l'équipe du Polylepis Lodge a été accueillante et disponible. Le logement était conforme à la description, le seul bémol étant l'absence de Wifi. La nourriture était excellente et le lieu très bien entretenu, le tout dans un décor magnifique (la réserve naturelle El Angel).

After some communication problems through Airbnb the stay was amazing. The place is old, but well taken care of. Anything that was lacking was made up tenfold by the amazing host and service we received after getting there. If that wasn't enough the views and peacefulness of the place were even more amazing! This truly is an amazing sanctuary.

Francisco was very responsive, flexible and helpful in his communication before I arrived at his property. The house is a beautiful space, within walking distance to everything in the centre of Otavalo, including the amazing artesian market. It is also very quiet for working and relaxing after exploring. I feel like I was greeted by family. Francisco and his family and friends are so friendly and welcoming. They offered for me to join in sharing food, adventures and festivities. Meeting people who love their home and want to share it with you, is such a joy when travelling. I know this won’t be my last visit. Thank you Francisco!
