I had a wonderful stay at Ms. Grace’s unit. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a very homey and comfortable atmosphere that made me feel at ease right away. It’s thoughtfully arranged and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Ms. Grace herself is a fantastic host—very kind and responsive. Whenever I had questions or needed anything, she replied quickly and was always helpful. One of the things I appreciated most was her flexibility. I had to check in earlier than the standard time, and she was able to accommodate my request without any hassle, which made my arrival so much smoother. It’s clear that she cares about her guests’ experience and goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes well. I truly enjoyed my time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Whether you’re staying short- or long-term, this place offers great value and a welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

Phillip's home is really a home away from home. It is very spacious and contains basic needs. The kitchen is almost complete and we were able to cook our meals. This is a huge plus as we are a group on a budget. Kuya Greg was also very helpful to us and always asks if we need something. This place is around 15 minutes away from the airport and if perfect if you want to move away from the noisy city. Highly recommended and will book again when I go back to Iloilo.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Alice's place. It's just right for 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 7 and 3). The kids had a lot fun at the nearby pool and even just staying in the living room and playing with the chess board. The spare room also became a play area for them. The kitchen is just right for us with its refrigerator, electric water dispenser, induction cooker, and utensils. The dining table is placed in the middle, between the kitchen and living room and is big enough for 6. This summer, we were kept nice and cool inside the condo because all airconditioning units for the 2 bedrooms and the living room are strong and well-maintained. The swimming pool and playground are only a few steps away. FYI: Mondays are pool cleaning days, so it is closed during those times. Alice and her co-hosts are very kind because they responded to our request in looking for a cellphone charger that we accidentally left behind. All in all, this listing is great for families.

We had a great stay at Donna’s place! The unit was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The WiFi was fast, the aircon was cold, and basic essentials like kitchenware and towels were all provided. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to SM City Iloilo, where you can find various dining options and shops. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommended and would definitely book again!

Ma'am Roselle's place has a great vibe. Even though it was an on-the-spot booking, she was incredibly accommodating with our request. The place is clean and has a homey feel that perfectly matches my taste. The aesthetic of the space added to the overall relaxing and pleasant ambience. It's definitely a place worth recommending.
