Very spacious and beautiful place. Close to pretty much everything.Unfortunately, hot showers were not readily available, you can ask the caretaker to go and heat you up the water but when you’re rushing to see everything as we were, it was a bit of a hassle. The caretakers really made sure we were looked after though as they prepared our breakfast and washed our dishes for our group.

Very peaceful and kid friendly place. The beach access was awesome, it is a rocky area but nice to just walk to the beach. Check in was easy and they explained what is the expectation in keeping the house maintained. We would recommend this place to families who has little kids.

Ms. Joy made their guest special and well accepted. The rooms are spacious. Although a bit old for the rooms, but even so it was clean and homey. Internet is great. You can even still be connected even if youre in the beach area. We had an incredible stay. This place is best for people who wants exclusivity.

Clean house that comfortably accomodates 10 people. Only about a 4 min drive to Lucap Wharf. We loved the roof top where the kitchen is.

I found heaven. Balay by the sea is heaven on earth. Highlights include: 1. Privacy & serenity 2. Sunsets 3. Gorgeous clean sumptuous beds 4. Ambient tree lighting 5. Open airy lounge with bamboo lighting 6. Stunning natural interior design 7. The sound of crashing waves metres away 8. Caretaker set up of private bonfire on beach *extra charge but definitely worth it - amazing 9. Wonderful helpful host & caretaker 10. Huge family kitchen table (heart of the home) 11. Very safe and extremely private

The property looks exactly like the listing photos. The place is clean and comfortable! The villa and the whole property are very spacious, even our pets enjoyed strolling around the property! Thank you so much 💖

It's a nice and peaceful place to unwind far from the city life. Not a beach front area but pretty close and you can walk for few minutes to the beach. No wifi provided but signal is strong for your own data. No tv provided. Overall it was a relaxing stay and Evie our pet dog was very happy too, she had freedom to roam around the area even with other animals around.

Rochelle’s place is fabulous! We were a family of 15 from ages 3-64 and we had such a relaxing time both at the pool and the beach. I just loved how thoughtful all the little things put together that made our experiences grand - huge floaters readily available at the pool, coffee bar with free Nespresso bullets enough for everyone to try, welcome snacks, sitting area perfect for sunset photo shoot, clean and good smelling towels & linens, and complete and quality kitchen utensils. The caring staff on-site including a life guard made us feel safe and well attended to without getting in the way of our need for privacy. Thank you Rochelle! It was one of our nicest stay to celebrate our parent’s wedding anniversary. If you’re looking for a private place with a great pool and access to Elyu beach, this comes highly recommended!

Our stay at Ms. Cathy’s private beach villa was awesome and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very private, with large rooms that were perfect for our family. The host was responsive, and the caretakers on-site were very helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi also worked well during our stay, which was a nice bonus. There are a few things that could use a bit of tweaking, like the lighting—especially around the grill area, so you can enjoy the beach view even at night. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, but it was quickly fixed by the caretaker, which we appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and great for family getaways.

Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

This place was absolutely five stars all the way. It felt like I was staying in a private hotel—right in front of the beach. From the moment we arrived, the caretakers were warm, helpful, and so easy to talk to. One thing that really stood out was having our own lifeguard on duty. It made us feel extra safe, especially since the beach was just steps away. The house itself was cozy yet luxurious—like a true home away from home. The Emma Sleep mattress was such a treat, and the hotel-quality beddings made it hard to leave the bed. They also provided basic toiletries, just like you’d expect in a hotel, plus a super helpful pamphlet that covered everything we needed to know during our stay. And honestly, the photos didn’t do the place justice. It was even more beautiful and peaceful in person. The area was quiet and serene—perfect for relaxing and recharging. We left feeling well-rested and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed here and enjoyed it very much! Mrs. corazon was very accommodating and kind. she greeted us with a smile and She let us roam around the area and pick out some mangoes from her tree and other veggies. The staff were amazing as well. They helped us with everything we needed and are very sweet over all. the home was cozy and big enough to accommodate us (we were 16 people). plus the pool was clean and the rooms were very comfy. if my family were to go back to La Union, we would most definitely stay with them again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a sense of genuine hospitality. The location couldn't have been more perfect – right on the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean that greeted us each morning. The resort's amenities were top-notch. The pool was immaculate. We also loved the beach access, which made it so easy to take long walks along the shoreline. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Beautiful beachfront home. It was a bit hard to find especially in the dark. They did placed signs up which helped a lot. Once you arrive at the property, it is in pristine condition with beautiful furniture and lots of amenities to entertain the kids and adults. The nipa hut outside is also a lovely addition and the look out beach hut was also a nice addition. Love the plants around the area too. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working well but Leah got help and service as soon as possible. With two kitchens one downstairs and one upstairs, three bathrooms and four separate toilets plus an outdoor shower for the pool and beach, it had enough for our group of 25 people. The karaoke machine and the billiards table definitely entertained the kids. I would recommend it to family and friends!

I’ve booked Ms Juls place as my last getaway trip with my family before I head back to AU. I’m a Waze NAV user, the direction is very accurate. The place can accommodate multiple cars too! Ms Juls and staffs are very kind and thoughtful, not to mention Juls is a very generous host! Very accommodating to all our requests. The place is very private, peaceful and clean. We all enjoyed singing karaoke while hanging out the pool area. There’s also beach resorts nearby which can also be walkable from Ms Juls place. Cheap entry fee of 50 pesos per head to use their beach area. We went there and enjoyed hours of snorkeling and saw heaps of fishes! I highly recommend Granja Summer Villa, worth your money especially for big families’ celebrations like mine! My family of 16 pax, all slept comfortably during the night. Thank you again Ms Juls and staff, for hosting us in Bolinao! We surely enjoyed our getaway! The bonus sumptuous breakfast is to die for! We all loved it! See you again soon! 🙏❤️😘

When we booked the place, we weren’t entirely sure, but since we were looking for somewhere pet-friendly, we decided to go for it on a whim—and we’re so glad we did. It turned out to be the best choice ever! We’ve already promised ourselves that whenever we visit Vigan, this will be the place we stay. It felt so homey, private, and spacious, plus it had such a nice vibe. We really appreciated Kae going above and beyond to help us out.

We arrived at the accommodation with high expectations, and we were not disappointed! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a great view. Overall, our stay was fun and great!
