You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
