While on holiday we are renting our modern family home in Vik, south of Iceland. A two minute walk takes you to a beautiful black sand beach, our property is also walking distance to everything Vik has to offer. From our patio, enjoy watching paragliders descend and Icelandic horses trot by. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and another with king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and separate smaller toilet. Private parking for two cars on location.

The house has everything you need for a family stay. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Seltjarnarnes. Location is still only a few minutes drive from downtown but without the buzz of the city. The house is on 3 floors. First floor has a big bedroom, small bathroom, washing room and kitchen. Second floor has the long living room with TV area and piano area such as shown in the photos. The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.

The property is a 200 m2 townhouse with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, south facing balcony, and a good south-facing yard. Our home is perfect for families as we have 4 children ourselves, so the house is child-friendly, with kids' beds, toys, dining chairs, and sippy cups.
