It's nice to just enjoy the local nature and the northern lights in this remote and secluded area of the countryside with a private outdoor shower and shared indoor shower and a sauna. Totally renovated 160m² house in an exceptionally beautiful location by the Eyjafjoll mountains and a view to Vestmann islands, only two hours drive from Reykjavík. Three bedrooms, one ensuite with king size bed, and one bedroom with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining and living room offering time to relax after sightseeing. The location gives opportunities to visit South Iceland such as Thorsmork and ferry to Vestmann islands.

Hvammból Guesthouse - Apartment

Hvammból Guesthouse is a small family run company. We rent out four studio apartments, which all have their own entrance, and a small porch where our guests can enjoy the beautiful view. Each apartment has a king size bed, a kitchen, coffee and tea, a bathroom and free WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Dyrhólaey is only 5 minutes drive away, and other nature attractions, like The black sand beach, Mýrdalsjökull glacier and Skógafoss waterfall are only short distance away.

Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Only 2 km to Health service. If you have back problems we have a soft mattress for you.

Slakaðu á í þessari rólegu og glæsilegu nýju eign. Húsið er í byggingu og verður tilbúið i byrjun Júní 2024, þess vegna eru eingöngu mundir af því að utan þar sem innviðið er ekki tilbúið fyrr en þá. Í húsinu eru tvö svefnherbergi, baðherbergi, stofa, borðstofa og eldhús. Húsið er staðsett um 5 km frá Kirkjubæjarklaustri og er því mitt á milli The black sand beach í Vík og The national park Skaftafell og Jökulsárlón í austri. Frá húsinu er bæði útsýni að Vatnajökli og Mýrdalsjökli.

A beautiful cottage, close to town and the Thingvalla national park. It is situated beside the museum of Nobel winner Halldór Laxness - and thus on the Golden Circle. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, shower, Wifi and modern amenities. An experience for tourists or artists looking for inspiration and peace. High probability for Northern Lights, just step outside. Close to the national park, paths and the Reykjanes volcanos. Only 20 min. from Reykjavik centre.

Bright and beautiful cottage which is very well located or in a golden circle and only 20 minutes drive from Reykjavik central. The environment is very beautiful and can be enjoyed in many hike trail around the surrounding area. In Only a half hour walk is up to a very beautiful waterfall called Helgufoss. There is also a lot of experiences that can be accessed here in the area such as horse riding, electric biking and hiking.

Hvoll is a farm with horses, sheeps, dog and a cat. It is located in Þingeyjarsveit by road 854. It is a perfect location if you want to enjoy the countryside and visit some of the beautiful places in north Iceland, like: Lake Myvatn (30 km away), Húsavík (27 km away), Goðafoss waterfall (17 km away) and Dettifoss waterfall (68 km away).
