Cozy apartment in a historic home. Centrally located, the apartment is less than a mile from downtown, food and shopping, the cosmosphere, and college. Two miles from the fairgrounds and three from the salt mines. Our little family lives right next door if you have questions, need recommendations, or help with anything! Please note the apartment has been recently renovated but is in an old building built in the 1800s. It is an upstairs apartment and is accessed by a long staircase (pictured).

If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. Both a washer and dryer are available for your use only, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent. Outside, you will find a variety of farm animals as well as a garden and pond. The drive to the town of Hutchinson takes about 15 minutes.
