The house has 3 bedrooms, a large, open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, outdoor hot tub, offering breathtaking views of the valley. A newly installed, very fast internet connection allows facilities for remote working. It is 5 min. drive from the fishing village of Dalvik with a supermarket, swimming pool, health center, culture house, wine shop and easy access to main sights.

It is located on Vogar family land, close to the lake & the village Reykjahlið. On the ground floor we live as hosts. On the first floor is the accomodation for our guests.

Cottage in a beautiful valley

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from April till September.

Sólsetur (Sunset) Syðri-Haga

Peaceful and lovely cottage on the land of farm Syðri-Hagi with lovely ocean views. Located on the west side of Eyjafjörður, with majestic mountain ranges and welcoming valleys. The cottage Sólsetur (Sunset) is 25 square meters, built 2016-2017. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and a sleepingcouch for two in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. Facilities for four persons. On the terrace there is a geothermal hot tub and a gas grill.

Beautiful views only few steps from the cabin. The pseudo craters in the north and the wetland and the mountains in the south and east.

This old cowshed has been renovated as an apartment. We are located 20 minutes from Akureyri, 22 kilometers on an asfalth road, south of Akureyri airport on road 821 with no neighbours for 3 km in any direction. It is very quiet and peaceful with good hiking option. We have alot of things to do in house, ping pong, puzzles, card games and more
