Kelley is a caring and dedicated host who wants only the very best for her guests! This is borne out in the attention to detail in her loft. From an exquisitely comfortable bed, to big, soft bath towels, to high quality soap and body lotion and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a corkscrew and a good pair of scissors. The final two accessories are often the ones which other hosts forget to have on hand, yet are so essential. The loft is tastefully decorated with an emphasis on comfort. Kelley is never further away than an email and readily available to answer questions. From the moment you enter her loft, it is immediately obvious that Kelley has done everything possible to ensure her guest’s comfort and enjoyment. The Jacob Loft is a lovely place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Because we were there for 3 nights, it was important for us to have a place with a comfortable seating area (couch, chair, coffee table) where we can sit and relax together. If a very high bed is an issue, then check that detail with Brendan before booking.

A really beautiful space, exactly what we wanted and everything was just lovely in general. The unit was very clean and tidy. The trip was great and the place was amazing!

In a town where there is limited Air BnB, this place really stands out. Great location right on the main street means it is close to everything you need. The place is clean and spacious. Will stay again when back in Exeter!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Loft Penthouse over Christmas while visiting family. The space was perfect for the stay exactly how it was described. Would definitely stay there again for future visits.

We had a great stay at Bob's place. It was ideal for two couples. We walked to all the theaters and to local restaurants. The walk by the lake is lovely and the place was comfortable and very clean. Bob was a very helpful host. We had a great stay!

Our trip had to be cancelled midway through due to an emergency situation at the restaurant beneath the unit, and Dominique was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive to us throughout it all. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and in such a perfect little spot-- lots to do and see within a few minutes walk. Thank you so much Dominique, for everything ❤️

The location was within walking distance of all amenities and the apartment was absolutely prisitine and top notch. From the start, I was provided comprehensive and clear instructions on how to check in. Upon arrival, they provided a rundown of all the nearby conveniences and places to eat. Everything was well stocked and we were even provided with snacks and refreshments, truly above and beyond. I needed some help finding a place to board my dog and they were more than happy to help. Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Stratford!

I cannot say enough great things about Kathleen and our stay at the St. Patrick! From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home in this luxurious and relaxing space! Kathleen was an outstanding host that spoiled us with little customized details for our group! The St. Patrick offered everything we needed for our Stratford getaway. It is located within walking distance to all the Stratford Festival Theatres, shops and restaurants. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Kathleen!

This was the nicest Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. Very clean and homey. It was fully stocked with all of the things you could think of. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of towels and blankets available and makes you feel right at home. Nina was super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place when I’m back in the area. This place is a gem!

If I could leave an infinite amount of stars I would. My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Wendy is a fast, reliable, and great communicator. We were welcomed with a homemade charcuterie board, wine, and it was so appreciated after a long drive. Her and her husband are some of the most down to earth and genuine people I’ve met, and we are grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They are super knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions so we could make the most out of our trip. The neighbourhood is safe and was easy to locate. The space was clean, easy to navigate and everything we could have needed was provided. We felt at home and never wanted to leave. Signing the guestbook on the way out was a sweet end to an amazing weekend - definitely hope to be back soon! Our first time in Bayfield was a treat and we will remember this weekend forever ❤️ Thank you Wendy and Rocco x

Logan got back to us right away when we were looking for a place to stay that was very important to us As some BnB don’t respond quickly and having you wonder all day if you have a comfortable Room highly recommend and the stars were nice to see in the early morning and at night

Good value for the money. Clean and comfortable inside, air conditioned, large and bright kitchen/dining/livingroom space. Outdoor firepit, pool. A few minutes outside of Bayfield. Our unit was upstairs which I didn’t realize until we got there. Deck area was a little rough on our side of the building. Would definitely stay there again.
