Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Den Garten mit den div. Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir oft genossen. Der geheizte Pool war das absolute Highlight! Badetücher/Bettwäsche kann man austauschen lassen oder das Hauskeeping bestellen, sowie Essen nach Hause liefern lassen. Pool und Garten werden fast täglich gepflegt und gereinigt. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine inkl. Tumbler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank ausgestattet, nur das Geschirr ist knapp berechnet. Das gesamte Resort ist sehr sicher. Haytham, der Propertymanager, hat uns sehr gut betreut. Das nahe gelegene und via Steg gut erreichbare Korallenriff ist wunderschön und in sehr gutem Zustand, schnorcheln lohnt sich definitiv. Restaurants sind in Laufdistanz erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Um zur Altstadt mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheke, Strand zu gelangen wird ein Fahrzeug benötigt. Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

Islam was a great host and i can absolutely recommend renting with him. He was flexible with check-in and -out. Organised transfers to and from the airport and was always there to help on short notice and in a extremely friendly way. The villa was nice, especially outside with the large heated pool and nice view, however you could recognize it is already a bit run down so i guess it belongs to the houses in El Gouna built more early.

The place is super clean, calm, comfey and all appliances are perfectly working, felt like home! The owner is super decent and reachable all the time along with his kind and beautiful team members who are ready 24 hours to get you whatever you want. Super close to gouna with a direct access to a highway going and returning. This is difentaly going to be my one stop destination whenever am planning to come to gouna or hurghada.

Was amazing stay with Catala, I feel from the beginning right home. The house was clean, like the pictures, with all the necessary, in a beautiful surrounding, calm and silence space, with the beautiful sound of the Mosque giving to the place a beautiful atmosphere! Was a lovely stay, I felt helped and supported in everything, from the littlest thing till the biggest. I received a lot of advices, care and love. I will be so happy to stay agains to the house and visit and discover more of Hurghada! Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
