Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

Our place is close to Penn State University, Juniata College, Lake Raystown, Trough Creek State Park, Allegrippas Bike Trail, Altoona Curve, State College Spikes, Lincoln Caverns and 1,000 Steps. You’ll love our place because our Guest House sits on 3.1 acres with wildlife passing through the property. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We are open all year and you will love the views of every season.

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

Jackson Mountain Getaway

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

Log House On Main

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.
