Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich zur Löwengasse und hat als Schallschutz zwei Fenster eingebaut, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof haben Rollläden aussen. Party + Feiern sind verboten. The apartment is divided up into a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
