Room in Parnell Cottage Near Central Business District

Wake up to a view of the sun rising over the treetops in a light-filled bedroom with a tall vaulted ceiling of exposed beams. The big decks also offer a leafy backdrop, making them a pleasant place on . Beautifully decorated room with queen sized bed in a gorgeous cottage in Parnell . Immaculately clean, modern and homely. Room and bathroom is upstairs. The bathroom has high quality towels, linen and soap. Quiet and peaceful home but very close to the CBD and Parnell shops. One little Scottish terrier live here too. Morag (rag ) isvery well behaved and quiet. She know that she’s not allowed upstairs in the guest area. You are welcome to store your food in the kitchen and use the microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee to help yourself. Kitchen -kettle, microwave and fridge. Shared Lounge -tv, couches, Gorgeous sunny decks surrounded with trees. I'm happy to share my knowledge of Auckland and give you tips of what to see in the area. The home is large enough to meet and catch up at the end of the day or to have privacy and time to yourself. This location is also convenient for the shops and restaurants in Parnell. In addition, Auckland University, Vector Arena, and Auckland Museum are within easy reach. Buses which run frequently from the top of the street all over Auckland Close to Britomart and ferry terminal to get to the surrounding islands. I may catch a bus but most young ones walk. And some not so young ones walk I shamefully don't but thinking about it. Many tourist attractions very walkable.even for me. I have another single room upsatirs listed on airbnb. 2 Scottish terriers live here too. They are very well behaved and quiet. They know that they are not allowed upstairs in the guest area. You are welcome to store your food in the kitchen and use the microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided for you to help yourself

This booking is for a Twin King Single Room, also available is a Queen bedroom. Continental Breakfast included please let us know on arrival. Cooking facilities are not provided other than a m/wave for heating, but if you wish to bring a ready made or takeaway meal you are welcome. Home is not suitable for children

Country Paradise

Safe, clean, self-contained, stand-alone house surrounded by rural land but on the edge of a developing city. Great large living areas, ideal for families. Nice modern kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. A home away from home as it has everything you need with nice outdoor areas. Also child-friendly with outdoor play equipment. Free parking. Within 20min drive of Auckland Airport & 15min drive of the Botanic Gardens, Rainbow's End (amusement park), scenic reserves, parks, and shopping centres.

Lovely Villa in Freemans Bay.

Lovely villa close to Ponsonby Rd and City. Light filled, sunny room, moved from another property in Freemans Bay(see reviews) so know and love the area. A perfect spot for exploring the city, and catching the ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also a good setting off point to visit other parts of New Zealand. All the Restaurants and Bars of Ponsonby Rd five minutes walk away also public transport to Town and the Wynyard Quarter. We are a friendly relaxed couple who enjoy meeting people.

Situated on 10 acres this designer guest retreat is self contained with a large living room, 2 bathrooms & an expansive bedroom. Both areas open onto outdoor patio garden spaces. This private space is situated at the end of house & accessed independently of the house. Pool & Tennis Court with a large Tennis Court House. 2 portacots & 3 teenage kids that can babysit. Space, Peace, Views!

A beautifully kept home, sunny and cosy, leafy peaceful outlook, as well as distant sea views. Howick is a very desirable suburb of Auckland - a brilliant venue from which to explore Auckland. So close to Howick Beach, Cockle Bay Beach and playground, 1.8 KM to Howick Village boutique shops, restaurants. Only 6 KM to Half Moon Bay ferry terminal, where you can sail to Downtown Auckland, or cross directly to world famous Waiheke Island for a day trip to vineyards and beaches.
