The best of both worlds. Only a short walk to downtown & Bath House Row, with a trailhead to the gorgeous North Mountain trail system right across from your front porch! Private suite in a cozy 1926 duplex cottage in the historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Front and back porches. Great for arts & culturally-inclined seeking peace and quiet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

2 miles to Majestic Park! Very spacious Mid Century Modern styled home. Great for your team or work crew or family vaca! Split plan, Queen bed & full bath on one side of home. King bed and Queen room with another full bath on other side. Only half of a mile to Oaklawn Racing and Casino. Private property with large secluded back yard & deck. 4 Smart TV's. Kitchen is stocked for cooking. Large carport to stay dry under & play outside. Pets welcome with a fee of $50pet/stay. Plenty of parking.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.
