Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

Orchard Hideaway is a perfect place for couples or a family. Panoramic views over looking the Tweed Valley to the Cheviots on the horizon. Kelso, a charming market town with Floors castle, Kelso Abbey - 4 miles. This year an inside Padel court has been built in the shed and booking is essential. Linnet Cottage is a pet friendly cottage situated on a small organic arable farm 10 minutes from Berwick-upon-Tweed. Linnet has great views out to open countryside. The garden is safe for pets and fully fenced. The cottage is a 15 minute drive to Cheswick Sands, one of the most stunning beaches in Northumberland. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring Alnwick, venturing to the Edinburgh Festival or visiting Holy Island. Our local pub is a 10 minute drive in Norham.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Three C's is a newly renovated one bedroom annex. You will have free parking, your own access and your own outside area through the patio doors to the rear. Many beautiful villages nearby including Bamburgh and Seahouses, with great restaurants, sites to see and boat trips to take! Also close to historic Lindisfarne, known locally as Holy Island.
