Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Beliggenhet: Sentral plassert i Vågen. 7 minutter å gå til sentrum og bussterminal, nær beliggenhet til Kulturfabrikken, Kranaskjæret, Mellomverftet museum mm. 250 meter til nærmeste dagligvarebutikk og busstopp. Gangavstand til Badeland og Braatthallen. Parkering: Gratis parkering i gata eller på oppstillingsplass 250 meter unna.

Wifi og TV er også inkludert. Huset ligger på egen tomt med garasje, parkeringsplasser, flere uteplasser og her får du de vakreste solnedgangene. Flotte muligheter for padling fra fjøra nedenfor huset. Kort vei til Hopen(5min kjøring) hvor du finner øyas butikker.

A cabin located 10m from the sea and possibilities to rent a boat 5 minutes' walk away. (18ft with 40hk engine) The cabin has a big terrace where you can relax and use the grill. If it's chilly, the winter garden is a great place to dine. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwaser. Living area with TV. Bathroom with shower and a washroom with washing machine and dryer. Sleeping area on the 2nd floor (2 rooms and a loft)

Her kan man nyte stillheten og det gode hytteliv. Velegnet for barnefamilier, men også ypperlig for en getaway med din nærmeste. Hytten ligger privat til omgitt av dyrerik natur og har flotte turmuligheter i fjell og fjære. Bare noen minutter til dagligvarebutikk og fergesambandet seivika-tømmervåg som tar deg til kristiansund. Hytten består av: Stue, bad, kjøkken, gang og 2 soverom. Godt utstyrt uteområde og naust som kan brukes.

The kitchen has stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a washing machine, RiksTV, WiFi, coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, dishwasher-soap and brush, sponge and towel and a small box of soap for washing machine.

Office work space with fiber, four pleasant bright bedrooms, cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Large terrace, four bicycle and two kayaks available. Two hammocks in the boathouse overlooking the sea.
