Beautiful 2BR+Loft Cottage with amazing views!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Indoor Infinity Pool - Outdoor HotTub - Sauna

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Guesthouse on 120 acres w/pond

Come and enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway we call "Elysium Heritage Farm". Experience groomed trails, ponds, canals & marshes on our 120 acres of woods & wetlands. View multitudes of "flora and fauna" along with the fainting goats, chickens, rabbits & other critters of "The Farm". Go for a canoe or kayak trip and try your luck at catch & release fishing. Even though the property is only a few minutes off I-75, you'll feel like you're in another world. Only 15 minutes from Saginaw Bay.

Dog friendly house in Midland

Cute, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located with easy access to downtown and other city amenities. This home is perfect for those traveling with pets, including those trialing at TNT dog center. There is a private fenced back yard including a separate gravel run and practice agility equipment. The space has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a full bed. One bathroom with shower and tub. Stay connected with complimentary wifi and Roku television.

*Natures Wonderland* located 3 miles from town

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

This centrally located duplex in the heart of town is just what you are looking for to explore all that Midland has to offer! This cozy updated 2 bed, 1 bath duplex offers a full kitchen, washer & dryer, small dining area, & living room on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms, workspace & full bath. Enjoy a Minor league baseball game at Loons Stadium. Explore the Tridge, Rail trail, Chippewa Nature Center & Dow Gardens. No pets allowed due to owners health issues.

Quiet and Cozy Family Home, 3 beds, 2 baths

Quiet and cozy 3 bed, 2 bath home located within a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. This home is close to everything in town; 3 mins to Plymouth park/pool/fun zone, 3 mins to the Midland Tennis Center, 8 mins to uptown/mall, 8 mins to The Country Club, 10 mins to Dow gardens/Library/Center for the Arts, 10 mins to MyMichigan Medical Center, & 10 mins to downtown. Our neighborhood is great for daily walks and we have plenty of bike lanes to navigate town as well.

Cozy one bed, one bath cabin sits on the edge of the woods on our private lake. Adjacent to state land between Midland and Mt Pleasant, our cabin offers a convenient getaway from the day's events. Unplug and take a walk along the lake, enjoy some fishing, paddleboarding, or a bonfire before turning in for the night. Enjoy a lake view from the main bedroom. Close the doors to the living room to create a second private sleeping area on the fold out couch.
