By car, Chugach Loft is 10 minutes from the airport, 16 minutes to downtown and 8 minutes to Kincaid Park (1,516.78 acres of trails for cycling, running, hiking or simply taking in the scenery & wildlife). We are also within walking distance to (one each) fine & casual dining, a local coffee house & grocery store ~ 2miles away. Please read “Other things to note”. Also, bear spray available to borrow if you plan on hiking or strolling through Kincaid park. (Fee charged only if you discharge it.)

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. About 35 minutes out of Anchorage, you will feel like you are worlds away. You are "IN" the mountains here, surrounded by rivers, creeks, streams and abundant wildlife. We often have moose and bears in the yard. Our apartment is a one bedroom/ one bathroom unit.

Studio in Girdwood at base of Alyeska

Studio condo at the base of Alyeska. Wake up and walk downstairs to enjoy a delicious Bake Shop breakfast. Spend an adventurous day on the mountain or take a relaxing stroll through the small town of Girdwood. End the day with a drink and appetizer at the Sitzmark while listening to fun, local music. The murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

One of a kind studio apt. in amazing South Anchorage. Private entry with exposed timber frame. Beautiful open space with lots of windows. Quiet and serene. Close to Kincaid Park, Ted Stevens Int. Perfect 'homebase' for exploring Alaska. A quiet street only 9 minutes from the airport, 7 min to Mooses Tooth and a couple blocks from the Campbell Creek trail where a 15 minute walk will take you to Taku Lake.
