Walk the beach, watch the eagles, look for jumping fish with a fantastic view of Juneau. Ground level private entrance, comfortable new Queen bed & blackout blinds make it easy to sleep to the sound of the creek. The private road to our small beach front neighborhood adds to the charm.

Kasiana Island kayak cabin

Kasiana Island Cabin sits on the west shore of Kasiana Island, 1 mile southwest of Sitka, Alaska. The cabin was built in 2011. This remote site is generally accessible year-round by boat. It can be accessed by kayak weather permitting. Visitors are responsible for their own travel arrangements, or hire me. Guests are responsible for their own safety, and must bring their own amenities. Water is available by rain barrel, A cooler provided and bbq, bring ice. Waterproof boots are a must!

This home has a special featured display case enclosed is Alaskan hand made pieces and descriptions along with Alaskan books on the shelf in the viewing loft to enjoy.

Ample off-street parking allows you to park a few feet away from the apartment's entrance. Fast wifi included, and Eaglecrest Ski Area is only 5 miles away. Plenty of hiking/walking trails are close by, such as Fish Creek Park (popular fishing spot), Mt. Meek, Rainforest Trail, Outer Point Loop Trail and recreation area, and Pioneer Road.

There is a filtered ocean view of the cove out the front of the living room and off the covered deck, and a view on the other side from the kitchen.
