Must love chickens. This is a little house that we built for our son in 2016. It is next door to our house where we rent a room on Airbnb (Close to Town but in the Country). This is strictly for longer term, researchers or folks wanting to get to know the area. Welcome are people who love Belize and all its quirks. Unwelcome are people who want to try to make money from Belizeans or sit in the house and complain about the insects, rain, culture, etc. Sorry but true. Good references required.

This wee cabin is bright & cool, located in a quiet residential area of Caye Caulker on our tree-filled property. Equipped with coffee/tea facilities, mini fridge, A/C, fan, hammock, WiFi, unlimited drinking water, Smart TV w/ Netflix logged-in, and best of all - BIKES included! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

Wonderful place for star gazing or bird watching, provides with wifi, cable tv, ac, king size bed, balcony with table, two chairs and a hammock. There is A/C, a private toilet and shower room, a well equipped kitchenette, a sleeping platform with a lounge below. Outside is a deck area leading to the pool surrounded by the garden. Perfect for couples to to relax but only ten minutes from anywhere on the complimentary bikes.
