Ace City Centre Apart, 8 minutes from Royal Mile

Only 5 minutes walk from the Royal Mile, my flat is within walking distance of all that the Old Town offers, and perfect for the festival fringe and Hogmanay. Until very recently this was my home, so no corners were cut trying to make it nice; I'm very proud of my excellent reviews. This is a stylish and spacious one bed, ground floor flat that has all the amenities you need and is a few minutes walk from everything! There is also free parking available outside, albeit on an unallocated basis

Stylish Georgian Townhouse flat in Edinburgh’s New Town UNESCO heritage site dates from 1825. Being 2 floors up, there are amazing views northwards. This quiet apartment is ideally situated close to the heart of the city - walking distance to most major attractions including Holyrood Palace, Playhouse Theatre, Princes Street and the Old Town. King-size bed (UK), bath & shower, comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people. NB - there is no lift in building.

With its own, easy to access, main-door entrance and vestibule, all the rooms are quietly located to the rear, overlooking gardens. Only two steps to manage with bags or mobility issues. The ideal base to explore the city in a popular area with cafes, bars and shops nearby. Holyrood Palace and Park, Arthur's Seat, the Scottish Parliament, Royal Mile and Calton Hill are just short walk.

Lovely apartment with Park View

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our lovely top floor apartment is located within a traditional Edinburgh tenement and offers unrestricted views over Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat. We have a quiet double bedroom, separate lounge, kitchen and shower room. Our place is perfect for couples or friends who would like a peaceful base within walking distance of the main tourist sites. Ord’s Loft - Old Town Historic Apartment

Ord’s Loft, situated in White Horse Close, is one of the most desirable and unique properties in Edinburgh’s old town. Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. The outlook south over the courtyard is Holyrood Palace, Arthurs Seat, the Scottish Parliament and the Old Town while to the rear it looks up to Regent Road and Calton Hill.
