Old Channel Cottage

This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside home. Stay inside cozied up by the fireplace and enjoy all the amenities you would have at home; Or take it outside and relax along the lake side! Enjoy the beach sand in the summer months, get on the water with the kayaks provided or cozy up under the stars by the bonfire or outdoor propane fire. Winter time?
