Huset har alt av nødvendigheter med eget bad, kjøkken, soverom i alkove og en flott utsikt. 5 minutter å gå til Holmenkollen stasjon og nærbutikk, 3 minutter til restaurant og skihoppet. Wifi og TV-med kabel og chromecast. Dessverre ikke plass til parkering på tomten, men det er gratis gateparkering rett ovenfor tomten, alltid ledig.

Leiligheten er ikke for fest, men perfekt for rolige gjester som ønsker å bo nært Oslo sentrum. Gangavstand til sentralbanestasjon og nabo til opraen og Munch-museet . Fra leiligheten har man utsikt til sjøen med flere badstubåter som skaper en hyggelig stemning i miljøet og kan også benyttes ved å betale seg inn.
