Breathtaking OceanFront - 15th Floor (+Resort Fee)

Enjoy incredible views from our beautiful apartment on the 15th floor of Marenas Resort (900 sq. ft.) with direct beach access. Oceanfront suite, living room with sofa bed, toilet,full kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer). Hotel Fees: Resort Fee: $49.55/night ( beach service with towels and chairs, gym, and Wi-Fi). Parking: $35/night. Neighboring Construction: Possible noise during working hours. So far, we have not received any complaints from our guests! We look forward to hosting you!

Modern and recently updated suite with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Wrap around porch with spectacular, breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean front from the 37th floor of the Lyfe Condominium. Great location, a 1 minute walk to the beach. A 30-min drive to Miami Airport or a 20 min ride to Fort L. Airport. The condo is comfortable and spacious, has 5 beds 1 king, 4 twin beds, a living room couch converts to sleep 2, has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, and free WiFi.
