Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Holly Lake Ranch is a gated community established in 1971. Our community is nestled in the piney woods of Northeast Texas boasting many amenities providing 24-hour on-site security services. One of our most prized amenities is our 18-hole Leon Howard-designed golf course complete with putting green, driving range & Pro Shop. Additionally, Holly Lake Ranch has five private lakes, each lake individually suited to a variety of activities.

Enjoy a short drive to the Mineola Nature Preserve with paved walking trails, playground and covered pavilion. We are close to several beautiful lakes, historic downtown Mineola and Lindale (home of Miranda Lambert) or just stay home and enjoy front porch sitting to appreciate the stars and trees. We are about a 40 minute drive to Canton (home of the First Monday Trade Days) and about 6 miles from the Amtrak station in Mineola. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

We are here often so our home has everything you need to relax or adventure non-stop. The main house sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. We have a separate Bunkhouse located above the garage that can be added to your stay. Just ask! We are 1 minute from the lake, pickleball courts, pool, hiking trails, mini golf, playground, and frisbee golf!

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
