Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view. You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

Located in country close to Kerikeri, in park-like gardens within a small cattle & sheep farm. Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Our place is situated on the Ōkaihau Ridge overlooking the Waihou Valley. The guest room is attached to our new garage and has an ensuite. It's the perfect overnight stop for cyclists on the Twin Coasts Cycleway, for those wanting to explore the area or looking to go on further into the Far North. There is one King sized bed, and a Queen Escoa fold out bed. Ideal for 2 but we can fit 4. It’s a 10 minute stroll to the town center or a 2 minute drive. Price includes a continental breakfast.
