What an amazing room! Through the photos, I knew that the room would be cozy and had an immense view, but when arrived, I was still surprised. The room was clean, well-decorated. The balcony and the view was really chill and beautiful. It even had the chairs and small table to experience the outstanding view. The amenities are fully provided and the host is really responsive and hospitable. Besides, the room is a bit noisy, and the kitchen is a bit small, but it’s okay for me.

Nice place in old buildings of Old Quarter. Best location. Quynh is willing to help and give you the information you want. Easy to check-in. We can have a walk around and easy to find food.

Tracy was really responsive and helpful. We encounter a bit of an issue with our visa which made us check in a day later and she helped us all the way by cancelling the existing booking with full refund last minute and gave us another link to book and new spot.

Its a honor to stay in Nhi & Trang unit. Near to main city (Hoan Kiem, Old Quarter, etc). Little bit noisy but its okay to feel crowd the city.

I had an amazing stay! The place is very clean and in a great location. Bao was very responsive and helpful with different recommendations in the area. The only thing was on Saturday night there was house music played until 4am. However - this was easily solved by my earbuds and it was only one night. That being said I would still very much recommend this place!

As advertised, this place is a cozy space. Clean and handy amenities (laundry/kitchen). It's a but hidden off the main road but overall really great value for the cost.

Great place to stay! It’s 10 minutes walk from the lake and Old Quarter, so there is no crowd and noises. The apartment is really nice, decoration and lights looks cute. Chinh is awesome host, always answers very quick. Totally recommend this place!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus liegen zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Von dort lässt sich sehr viel fußläufig erreichen. Sie ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Es sind viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Die Kommunikation und der Service vom Vermieter waren excellent! Es ist etwas schwierig, die Wohnung zu finden, weil sie in einem Hinterhof liegt. Der Vermieter hat uns aber ein Foto gesendet, um es leichter zu finden. Es ist auch wichtig zu wissen, dass der Hinterhof nachts abgeschlossen wird und man einen zweiten Code benötigt, um hinein zu kommen.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

The place is spotlessly clean and modernised. It feels as clean and new as no one has ever lived in. The appliances are clean and new. The decoration is superb. So happy that I found this place in Hanoi.

사장님이 아주 친절하고 대응도 빠르게 해주십니다. 숙소가 조금 외진곳이 있지만 클락션 소리고 안나고 저는 오히려 좋았습니다. 1층의 편의시설도 많고 만족스러운 숙소 였습니다

Mr Ngoc is very responsive to any requests of mine and timely response too. He is dedicated and trustworthy as far as his service is concerned

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

The place was exactly as described—clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive without being overbearing. Great location, with plenty to explore nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Very pleasant stay. Example of how the space does not necessarily have to be big, but when the right amenities are there it is absolutely fine. Everything was there, from washing detergent to good and warm blankets. Can definitely recommend this stay!
