Please clean up after yourself. You are renting a home that is my primary residence. There are clothes in the closets and drawers and food in the refrigerator. This is not a rental property that is otherwise vacant. 10 minute walk to Cheeseman Park and a 20 minute walk to Downtown or City Park!

Come stay in this charming Denver carriage house! Open ceilings, string lights, and Mediterranean decor make this adorable cottage a treat of a getaway. Located just a couple of blocks from Broadway, guests can easily walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and music venues. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking, and all towels/linens are provided. The carriage house shares a lovely backyard with the main house which guests are encouraged to enjoy!

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
