Centrale, lichte, en erg kalme loft met parking

Shielded by other apartments, looking over a peaceful private garden, this super central city loft is uniquely quiet. With 4m high ceilings, large windows, a big outside deck, light design with attention for detail, a king-size bed and royal couch you have the perfect spot to relax in between busy city-days. Best coffees, historical centre and restaurants within minutes walking distance. You can arrive early and leave late without extra charges, just park your car beneath the building and enjoy!

Artzy loft/hidden gem with south facing garden

This unique, spacious, open and bright loft is located in a vibrant neighborhood on the north side of Antwerp near ‘het Eilandje’. The space (75m2) offers a separate bathroom with Mosaic rain shower, separate toilet and fully equipped open kitchen. The south facing garden (80m2) is surrounded by beautiful trees and guarantees sunny, relaxing days to wind down from the hussle & bustle of the city. My place is easily reached with one straight metroline, only 2 kms from Antwerp Central Station.

Perfect view, loft, city center!

Our apartment has a perfect location in the historic heart of the city and a wonderful view on the Cathedral! Everything is just around the corner: shops, restaurants, the Fashion District, museums and a public garage. Our loft is located in a quiet street, next to the Vrijdagmarkt (=Friday market). Enjoy the space (110m2), lofty feel, luxury, wooden floor, modern art and private terrace with a perfect Cathedral view! Central Station: 1,5 km Bus: 100m Tram: 100m Metro: 100m Public garage: 80m

Centraal gelegen, ruime loft in het centrum ( tss. historisch centrum en levendige Zuid). Extra rustig met privacy. Uniek ingerichte ruimte met loft -accenten, patio's en zonne-terras. Vlakbij Groenplaats, modemuseum, Museum voor Schone kunsten , Kloosterstraat en trendy winkelstraten. Restaurants in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Gezellig pleintje dichtbij. Supermarkt op 150m. Alle openbaar vervoer vlakbij ( Groenplaats). Inpandige garage mogelijk mits reservatie 1 dag vooraf (25 euro/ nacht)

Green & Golden sky loft

This cosy rooftop apartment has been fully renovated to gain the most out of its surface and views. A combination of bio-based materials such as clay plaster and tadelakt were used with existing elements and new high-end finishing. The open floor plan emphasises a luxury shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A hidden sliding door separates the living area from the bedroom if desired. A buffet piano and a large South-oriented terrace are the cherry to top this apartment!

Riverside loft of 150m² at 15th floor. Amazing view at 3 sides. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at 2,5km distance from historical city center. Free parking included. Building designed by L.Stynen and P.Demeyer as a tribute to Le Corbusier. Loft design by Studio Okami (feat. Dezeen). In addition to a beach along the river Scheldt, the area also boasts a heated 50m outdoor swimming pool ‘De Molen’, tennis and padel courts and Nature Reserve "Blokkersdijk" (100 ha birds heaven).
