1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

River Bottom Bungalow

Pamper yourself with a very private Bungalow in the peaceful woods of west Athens (approx. 15 min from UGA). This newly renovated SPA-like space is a haven for wellness and relaxation. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Mya's Cottage

Come stay at our cozy cottage out in the country! You can enjoy views of the farm next door (sheep and cows in sight)! We are only minutes away from downtown Winterville, where you can find a beautiful park and walking trail. It's a short 15 minute drive to downtown Athens and the University of Georgia, which includes shops, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. (And we are just 8 miles from Sanford Stadium)!
