Our townhouse is conveniently located in between the Short North, the Ohio State campus, and the Ohio State Fairgrounds. As avid AirBnB users ourselves, we take pride in keeping the space clean, welcoming, and stocked with the basic amenities. The place includes a kitchen with the essentials, a living-room with working space, a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (king + queen beds + closet space), and an outdoor patio with a grill. Our favorite restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance.

Rustic Treetop Apartment w/ Off Street Parking

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

The Livingston Flat is located in historic German Village, directly above one of Columbus’ most beloved bars, Club 185. This charming, 1 bedroom apartment has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Katie's House is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single family home located in Clintonville, with easy access to 315 and 71. This house can sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed in the other. Parking is located in the private driveway of the house. This home is just right for a weekend getaway, week long business trip, or longer stay. Minimum 2 night stay. A close drive to the Short North, OSU, and downtown. Pets are allowed. No smoking. No parties.
