1960s-Style Loft in an Art Deco Neighborhood

Note: If this loft is booked, checkout his twin: Amazing Loft @ Iconic Building R27. Lovely Loft divided in 2 spaces, dining/living and bedroom. Counts with a convenient kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a spacious walk-in closet. Located on a 10th floor of a new iconic building, overlooking to Reforma Avenue, the apartment is packed with amenities, including high speed internet and cable TV. It fits comfortably 2 people on it's king size bed (+2 on inflatable queen mattress available upon request). Enjoy Alberto Kalach's design, indoor and outdoor gardens and take the most of your Mexico City experience at this great location. Blocks away from historical and cultural sites, museums, subway stations, parks, restaurants, and minutes from the hippest and most traditional neighborhoods of the city. Monthly guests have access to 2 parking slots + warehouse. We live on the city and will be available to welcome and assist you. We can also support you with itineraries, recommendations, bookings and additional paid transportation with or without driver, and housekeeping. We'll love to help to make you get the most out of your experience in Mexico City. The Tabacalera is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Mexico City, dating from XVII century it has seen it all, it got it's name and new Identity by mid 19th Century and was renovated on the 30´s when iconic deco buildings where added. Monumento a la Revolución, San Carlos Museum, The National Library and Republic Avenue give it a unique personality. Downtown and old neighborhoods as San Rafael & Santa María, Juárez, are blocks away from Tabacalera, and hip hoods as Condesa, Roma and Polanco are minutes away driving or cycling. This is definitely a location you´ll never forget. Subway stations, Taxi Stands, EcoBici posts, and Metro Bus are steps away from the property. This is a brand new apartment, with state of the art systems, sound isolated balconies, and central water heating. This building was designed by Alberto Kalach, a renowned contemporary Mexican architect, who created a warm and cozy space in the heart of the City. The apartment is on the 18th floor and has a breathtaking view. It's furnished with hand selected design, mid century and traditional Mexican pieces. Súper bonito miniloft ubicadísimo zona centro

Para 3 -4 personas. No niños. En un edificio completamente remodelado, ideal para turistas, estudiantes o personas que vienen de trabajo. Para estancias cortas y también largas. Tiene en un tapanco una cama matrimonial y abajo un sofá cama para 2 personas. Cocineta y baño privados. Áreas comunes, roof garden y carril de nado. Cerca de supermercado , restaurantes y Centros Comerciales. Super comunicado caminando, por metro y metrobús. A 2 cuadras Monumento a la Revolución Gran Seguridad.

Located at 5 minutes walk from Polanco ( a wonderful place in the heart of the city with the most amazing restaurants, museums, gardens, shopping malls and social life). You can enjoy the amenities inside the condo ( pool, gym, jacuzzi, playground, cinema, pool table, gardens and sauna). Even though it’s located in a crowded avenue you’ll find this place quiet and calm so you can relax and enjoy your day working or just chilling out.

Con lugar hasta para 4 huéspedes, con baños completo, sala, cocina equipada, TV smart, Wi-Fi gratuito. Todo con esta personalidad insólita que envuelve el lugar. Luxury Loft in Reforma
