Στο Apellou House σας προσκαλούμε να ζήσετε την απλή ευτυχία του νησιού Κω. Ένα σπίτι στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης της Κω. Το κεντρικό παραδοσιακό αυτο σπίτι αντικατοπτρίζει τη χαλαρή κομψότητα του νησιωτικού στυλ με ευρύχωρους, ανοιχτούς εσωτερικούς χώρους που σχηματίζονται από γήινα χρώματα και μαλακές υφές, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και σχεδιασμένο για πλήρη χαλάρωση. Και η τοποθεσία δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη, κυριολεκτικά λίγα βήματα από την κεντρική πλατεία και από το λιμάνι.

Σε απόσταση 130 μ από την Πλατεία Ελευθερίας , την κεντρική πλατεία του νησιού , 250 μ από το λιμάνι και δίπλα σε μουσείο και αρχαιολογικούς χώρους , στο εμπορικό κέντρο , δίπλα σε καταστήματα , εστιατόρια , cafe - bars με εύκολο τρόπο μετακίνησης με τα πόδια , ποδήλατο , αυτοκίνητο και με τον σταθμο λεοφωρειων στα 70 μ με συνδεση σε αεροδρομιο και χωρια.

Τhe house is in the center of city kos,120 metres from the sea.It is located on a traditional paved road with trees and 5 -10 minutes on foot from the city's market, close to banks, shops, and attractions.270 meters from the house is the Orfeas Summer Cinema.The house has two courtyards, a front and a back covered,with tables and chairs and a barbecue.Αlso it is very brigh and quite cool.Two bikes are also available for guests.

Απολαύστε ένα πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στούντιο, διακοσμημένο με υπέροχο στυλ. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια ή φίλους! Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της πόλης της Κω, μόλις 150 μέτρα από το κέντρο της πόλης, 200 μέτρα από την παλιά πόλη και 150 μέτρα από την πλησιέστερη παραλία! Ακόμα και αν βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, ταυτόχρονα λόγω της θέσης του κτιρίου μακριά από το δρόμο καταφέρνει να είναι πολύ ήσυχο!
