Our Airbnb is a family home, close to the city center, about 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Plaza, Restaurants, Supermarkets, parks, and Centre Energy Trust Arena. our place is quiet and relaxing. It has a private bathroom,study room and a private parking space. The Bus stop is outside the property, convenient for those who want to visit around the town. It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

Beach Dreams

This property is cosy, and tidy. Great amount of room outside for the kids to run around. Its only a 5 minute stroll, to beach, park and shop. We live in the front of the property, the bach is behind the garage so its private and you will not see much of us, but we are there if needed. You will need to drive past our home in order to get to the bach. The property is only suitable for 2 adults at the moment, until we replace the sofa bed. We do not accept same day check-ins.

The property is fully fenced with a lovely front private courtyard as well as a back yard. The kitchen/dining/lounge space is open plan with TV and air conditioning. Please bring your own towels. No use of the garage.

We are only a 5 min walk to Himatangi beach! Come stay with us and you will get to meet the funny home brewing master, Fen (Paul) and his side kick Miss Franky the mini Foxy/mini Jack Russell and Susan the cat, all over seen by Wifey Maria. South End Sanctuary (Family Home)

South End Sanctuary is a modern (completed in 2023) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, dog friendly, family house. Wonderfully located near the well-known South forest perfect for walking, biking, and home to the adventure playground. The house is approximately 200m from the south forest entrance and 250m from the Hydrabad Drive beach access.

River Terrace Cottage

Modern one bedroom flat with ensuite, lounge/dining and full kitchen. Sleeps a couple comfortably. portacot available for a baby.this cottage is not suitable for a toddler. Conveniently located in a rural setting, 2 minutes from SH1, for those wishing to travel to Wellington or Palmerston North.
