The Beachfront retreat has direct beach access. It is private peaceful, and picturesque and includes barbecue, spa, outdoor fire, unobstructed views of Kapiti Island and is only 40 Minutes drive from Wellington City. A really fabulous location Short stroll to local cafés and shops, restaurants and bars. Cycle tracks, with walks both north the and south along the beach. Wildlife lagoon and rivers where whitebait is caught in season. Golf course tennis, courts and boat club all close by

Relax and enjoy your Otaki Beach holiday at Beachfront Breeze. Spend your days beachside, exploring the Kapiti Coast or taking in the superb ocean views and sunsets from the large deck . The property is fully fenced and has a sunny sheltered backyard. The living area opens directly out onto the deck. Linen is provided as well as the basic toiletries you may need for your stay. The bach has not been fully modernised but is clean and tidy and has all of the things you need for a relaxing stay.

The Beach Road Bach

Situated on the beachfront road (Tutere St). The Beach Road Bach (BRB) is a newly remodelled, fresh and modern self contained guest wing designed for two. With less than a 1 minute walk from the gate to the ocean. It’s a stylish and comfortable couples retreat. A welcoming living space looks out over the garden and deck. The deck and grounds area are yours to use as we aren’t onsite while you stay at the BRB. A plush Super King bed with fine linen and a luxurious bathroom complete the space.

Bring friends or family to stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 storey classic beachfront kiwi bach that's just a few minutes walk from the water's edge. It's well-equipped with all you need for a fantastic holiday, and there's a playground over the road which also has a half basketball court - perfect for shooting hoops. There's plenty of room for larger groups and it's cosy enough for smaller groups too. Hokio Beach is a really special place - quiet and laid back, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Coastal Retreat (Beach front)

Our Coastal 2 story, 5 bedrooms beach front property with ocean views on both levels. Big front lawn with a private walkway down to the beach. There is plenty of room to spread out with a lounge upstairs and another downstairs where you can light the fire on a cold night and relax. Large sunroom to the side for those summer evenings, you will see some amazing sunsets from the house. Our property would be best suited for professional couples, large families or corporate events

Tiny holiday cabin (can sleep 5)

This is glorious beach tiny house (10m2) "glamping" on 1 Acre of land on the sand dunes, 4 mins walk to a beautiful beach. Fully kitted out (fridge, pots/pans/cutlery etc, heater, portable stove top, microwave etc). Shared washing up, shower, toilet, bbq, washing machine etc are in a separate building on the section. Shared swing, pizza oven, camp fire, volley ball pitch, canoes, surfboards. Three bunk beds plus pull down double. If unavailable see other cabin listings.

Our pods offer the unique experience of private luxury glamping whilst being nestled in the heart of old beach Waikanae. You can have a quiet drink on the deck, and then step out for a meal at one of the vibrant local cafes and restaurants. The 36m2 brand new architecturally designed pods are fully kitted out with high quality furnishings and amenities. Free Wi-Fi is provided which makes working with a beach view a great option if you want a longer stay

Otaki beachside holiday house

The Dunes is a beachfront holiday house with private access through dunes to Otaki Beach. Fantastic outdoor living with generous deck and backyard. There’s even a second kitchen downstairs to make outside dining easy. Wake up to spectacular views over the Tararuas from the master bedroom, and enjoy G&Ts as you watch the sun set over the sea.
