We would love to greet you but are also fine with allowing you to access with a code on the front door. We live nearby and are happy to make suggestions for dining or things to do. The guesthouse has dual paned windows, no shared walls, and the yard is fully protected with a stone wall for privacy and security. Waterhaven is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing experience.

Mike's House and Garden

The care taken to honor the atmosphere of the original 1910 house creates a feeling of another time and place. The house is secluded in a prize winning garden and approached through a stone pergola. This quaint bungalow sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
