Modern and private guest suite

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Newly built and furnished designer home in the family neighborhood of Glendale with convenience and comfort in mind! Fully stocked kitchen, living room equipped with Samsung Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, and more), super highspeed WiFi, and a modern designer bathroom ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very close to the highway and just 10 minutes to Boler Mountain. 15-20 minutes to Western University and DT London. Easy access to city transportation makes this location a gem for anyone.

Harcroft Hideaway-Free Parking

Welcome to your home away from home located in the heart of a wonderful, family oriented neighbourhood in southwest London. You will be staying in the cozy basement apartment underneath the owners in a back-split home. With plenty of space and light, you won’t feel like you’re in a basement! You’re a five minute drive to the 401, 5 minute drive to metro or no frills (among others) and an 11 minute drive to downtown London (using bud gardens for reference). Laid back, easy going hosts :)

Downtown London Studio

Enjoy a stylish experience in the heart of downtown London. Located right above cocktail bar Lucy’s, this studio apartment is perfect for date night or a night out with friends. Richmond row has tons to offer from restaurants, bars, shopping, and also Victoria Park which is across the street. We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.

Beautiful Two Bedroom in Westmount

Bright and spacious townhome in the heart of Westmount! Renovated top to bottom in 2021. Open concept main floor, with modern kitchen and island. Large primary bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and tv, and second bedroom with double bed and desk. Easy access to the 401, less than 15 minutes to downtown, and close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Basement unit in the townhome is occupied by the owner and is completely separate.
