Wake up with coffee and a stunning sunrise, spend the day exploring 10 private acres of scenic trails, and end the evening gathered around the campfire for s’mores under the stars. Bring your boat and tie up at the end of the trail leading down to the cabin—or, if you’d rather rent one, we’re conveniently located near Lacey's Narrows Marina, one of the area’s premier marinas. The Space Large picture windows in the great room frame breathtaking views of the Narrows, while the wraparound deck offers plenty of seating for morning coffee, wildlife watching, and unforgettable sunsets. The outdoor fire pit and gas grill make it easy to enjoy everything from campfire stories to full family cookouts. Inside, the cabin comfortably sleeps 10–12 guests, featuring: 2 queen bedrooms downstairs Loft with trundle bed Large upstairs family suite with 2 queen beds + futon 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combos Fully stocked kitchen ready for memorable meals Modern washer & dryer for added convenience For fun, enjoy kayaks, cornhole, and board games, with plenty of room to bring your outdoor toys and explore the property. The Quapaw—known as the “Downstream People”—once called this region home. Keep an eye out for rare historic trail marker trees that still stand as quiet reminders of the past. For guest safety and property security, cameras are located at the driveway entrance and along the driveway near the historic trail area.

Shared access to a large fire pit with the main house. Pet friendly. Close proximity to a boat launch at Narrows Park across from Lacey's Marina or Sugar Loaf Marina.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house located close to Greers Ferry Lake. Ample parking is available with plenty of room to park your boats and other lake toys.. There is a 24x30 covered carport with overhead lighting and electrical outlet to park boats, lake toys, ATV’s/UTV’s or vehicles if you wish. The Driveway for this property is over 20 feet wide at the road for easy backing in and out with boats, jet ski's, side by side trailers.
