The main Blue flag beach is a short stroll away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a firepit, braai area outside in the private garden area. Owners willing to assist wherever needed.

It is situated on the fifteenth hole of the Southbroom golf course, 120 m from the beach, and 500 m from the famous Granny's Tidal Pool. We have recently added a 3rd room & we can now easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. We also now have a main kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is an 18 Hole Championship golf course, 9 hole mashie course, tennis courts, bowling green, squash courts, gym and spa. There is also a great MTB Trail for the cycling enthusiasts. There is a nature trail and the heath enthusiast they can get their daily run in around the estate.
