Ground floor in itself has 5 rooms, 3 rooms are available as sleeping areas as other 2 rooms are kitchen and bathroom. The property is situated on Jablaničko lake. Jablaničko lake is artificial lake so the water levels are not the same around the year. Guests will have an option to swim and bathe in the lake as the lake is clean.

U Stocu, u mahali Brade nalazi se vakuf hadži Junuz-age Mehmedbašića, proglašen nacionalnim spomenikom Bosne i Hercegovine 2006 godine. Nosi naziv prema imenu svog posljednjeg vakifa koji je kuću uvakufio. Ova ulica je bila dio stare mahale koja se nekad nazivala I Hamam mahala, zbog blizine javnog kupatila hamama. Kompleks kuće čine: kuća sa čardakom, mutvak ili ljetnja kuhinja, nova kuća, avlija sa avlijskim zidovima i bašta.
